Service scope

BrandPilot provides tools for business onboarding, social channel connection, content generation, scheduling, workflow management, and related publishing features.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account details, compliance with platform policies, lawful content usage, and the permissions they grant through connected third-party services.

Third-party platforms and approvals

Use of Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other services is also subject to those platforms terms, APIs, and approval requirements. BrandPilot is not responsible for access restrictions or policy changes made by those providers.

Availability and limitation

BrandPilot may update, suspend, restrict, or modify features at any time. The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
